Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga. Let instructor Elizabeth Boisson show you how to heal your mind, body and spirit with yoga. All skill levels welcome. Bring a mat or towel and wear comfortable clothes. Tickets will be handed out at the Information Desk beginning at 11am. First come, first served.
